Terms of Service

1. What this service is
GPUs R Us (“the Service”) is operated by an individual based in California, USA. The Service lets you launch GPU compute workloads from Claude Code or the CLI on cloud infrastructure. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You sign in with your GitHub account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share API tokens. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. Credits & billing
Compute time is paid for with credits purchased through Stripe. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing is displayed before purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Mine cryptocurrency or run proof-of-work workloads.
- Launch attacks, scans, or exploits against any system.
- Generate, store, or transmit illegal content.
- Resell or sublicense compute capacity to third parties.
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Service availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. There is no guaranteed uptime or SLA. We may perform maintenance, change features, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Your data & workloads
You retain ownership of any code, data, or output you run through the Service. We do not claim rights to your workloads. We may delete job artifacts after a reasonable retention period. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any reason with notice. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless otherwise required by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
